SO FRENCH SO FOOD, the French culinary week in Israel, which aims at promoting the French cuisine and products to the Israeli public.
Every year, top French chefs join Israeli restaurants among the best in Israel and offer to discover a new and unique menu, made with four hands and only for the French culinary week. This event is also an opportunity to honor the gastronomy of a French region: throughout a week, products and experts from the region are highlighted with special evenings, wine degustation’s moments, public and professional master classes, special sales of French products in local stores and supermarkets, and more. And the most important: we do care that everyone can beneficiate from the French culinary week, thus we put our strengths to collaborate in partnership with local Israeli associations to schedule each year some special charity operations.
